Y2 Animal Lifecycles

Year 2 have been learning all about animal lifecycles this half term. We read The Very Hungry Caterpillar and created a lifecycle of a butterfly with Playdoh. We learnt the word 'metamorphosis'. This means that some animals go through a dramatic change through their lifecycle. A butterfly and a frog are examples of metamorphosis. Can you think of any others?
