Y6 RE

As part of this half term's RE unit, in year 6, we have begun looking at how art is used in different religions. Yesterday, we focused on Hinduism (Dharma) and the use of Rangolis. We created our own coloured sand and transferred this on to our designs. Once they were done, following tradition, we destroyed our designs by throwing them into the sky to show that everything is always changing. Mrs Marsland ended up a little bit more colourful afterwards!
