Class 10 Topographers

In Class 10 we explored the school grounds with a fresh pair of eyes today - studying our school as topographers (map planners)! We thought carefully about the distance between features such as the MUGA and the netball court and attempted a sense of proportion in our maps. We considered what some features would look like from above and how we could represent them using a symbol. It was much trickier than we first thought!
