Class 7 - Food Labelling

As part of our chocolate designs, class 7 discussed the importance of food labelling and allergies. We looked at different packaging and why it is vital that ingredients are labelled. We then learnt what an EpiPen is, why it is used and even discovered how to use one by practising with a training EpiPen.
