Materials

Year 5 and 6 are finishing their science topic of 'Materials' this half term by observing what happens to different materials once they are exposed to a flame. We discussed why some materials set alight more easily and gave reasons for why this could be. We compared our observations to our predictions once we returned to the classroom. Some outcomes were not what we expected!
