Y3 4 Invertebrate Bug Hunt

Year 3/4 having been very busy outdoors! It wasn't just any 'bug hunt', it was our 'invertebrate hunt' as part of our science topic this half term. We searched high and low (well, mainly low!) to see which friendly creatures we could find. We found: woodlice, slugs, worms, beetles, centipedes and snails. We carefully brought some into the classroom to take a closer look at them under the magnifiers to help us draw detailed sketches and identify key characteristics. Well done to our year 3/4 scientists!
