Y5 Maya Workshop

Last week, Year 5 were visited by One Day Creatives for a Maya workshop. Children learnt about the traditions and culture of the ancient Maya civilisation. It was a very active day looking at chocolate, city states, and sacrifices! The children enjoyed recreating these aspects of Maya life using freeze frames and drama.
