Y6 Music

Year 6 have been busy in music: listening to traditional South African music, identifying elements of staff notation and exploring African gumboot songs. This week, they put their knowledge into practice by following musical notation when playing the xylophones. They have made a fabulous start to this unit and they are looking forward to 'Putting their gumboots on' for the next few weeks as they add further elements to their performances.
